Business Development Associate We are looking for a passionate and driven Business Development Associate to join our growing sales team at Edumeta Edutech India Pvt. Ltd. Role Overview As a Business Development Associate you will be responsible for franchise acquisition and expansion across India. You will play a key role in scaling our brand by onboarding new franchise partners and supporting them in their journey. Key Responsibilities

Franchise Acquisition & Expansion Lead the sales and onboarding of new franchise centers across India through effective strategies.

Lead Management & Conversion Handle all inbound and outbound franchise inquiries, follow up diligently, and convert leads into partners.

Market Research Collect and analyze market data to identify growth opportunities.

Prospect Counselling Educate prospective franchisees on the business model, including services, investments, site selection, and expected ROI.

Field Work Conduct on-ground visits for site inspections, market surveys, franchise support, and relationship building with prospects.

Self-Development Stay updated with market trends and continuously develop sales skills and business acumen. Requirements

High energy, self-motivated, and target-driven attitude

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Excellent leadership and problem-solving abilities

Professional grooming and attention to detail EDUMETA EDUTECH INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED Must Have:

A personal laptop

An Android phone (for call recordings - to be shared in the official WhatsApp group after each call)

A dedicated SIM card for official use only

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
