We're looking for a
Business Development Associate
to join our Ahmedabad office.
This is a hands-on, dynamic role for someone who enjoys connecting with people, engaging in meaningful conversations, and influencing decisions that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct
outreach and direct calling
to potential clients to introduce and sell Accqrate's suite of ERP and E-Invoicing solutions.
Identify, engage, and qualify prospects through structured communication and follow-ups.
Understand client needs, pain points, and align them with Accqrate's offerings to deliver real value.
Build and maintain professional relationships with decision makers and business stakeholders.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales leadership to develop effective outreach campaigns and proposals.
Track lead generation activities, maintain CRM data, and report weekly progress on pipeline and conversions.
Your conversations will be the first impression of Accqrate, driving awareness, trust, and opportunity.

Requirements
Experience:
Less than 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or client engagement roles (freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply).
Personality:
Energetic, confident, and extroverted, comfortable initiating conversations and driving them with clarity and purpose.
Mindset:
Must have a strong zeal for sales, learning, and growth.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline.
Must be available for full-time, on-site work in Ahmedabad.
