Market Research & Business Growth:

Identify and target potential B2B clients in

the agricultural sector.Conduct market research to uncover new business

opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.

Relationship Building:

Build and nurture strong client relationships by

understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions. Maintain regular

communication with clients to secure repeat orders.

Problem-Solving:

Address and resolve challenging customer scenarios with

strong decision-making and adaptability.Required Skills and Qualifications:

Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Agriculture (B.Sc. Agri,

B.Tech Agri), Microbiology, Biotechnology, or any related field.

Core Skills: Proficiency in basic computer applications.Excellent verbal and

written communication skills.Strong presentation and persuasion abilities.

Personal Attributes:

Collaborative team player with adaptability to handle

challenging situations. Practical decision-making skills with a focus on problem

resolution. Good convening and negotiation skills.

Key Result Areas (KRAs):



Prompt and accurate provision of product details upon client requests.

Building and maintaining strong customer relationships to ensure sales growth
