Job Description

Responsibilities



Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and client meetings. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction. Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective customers. Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions. Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations. Negotiate and close sales deals with clients. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems. Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads and support campaigns. Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

Requirements



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred). Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related role (0-3 years for entry-level; 3+ for senior roles). Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho). Flexibility to travel for client meetings (if required).
