Role Overview:
We are looking for an energetic and motivated
Business Development Associate
to help expand our reach in the education sector. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a knack for building relationships, and the drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential school clients in the assigned territory.
Build and maintain strong relationships with school management and decision-makers.
Present and demonstrate our software and services effectively.
Work closely with the senior sales team to achieve targets.
Provide market feedback to the product and marketing teams.
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the education or EdTech sector (freshers with exceptional communication skills may also apply).
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
Willingness to travel within the region.
