We are excited to share a consultancy opportunity for fresh graduates (or final-year students) interested in kickstarting their career in Business Development and Client Engagement. This role is ideal for individuals with excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a keen interest in business growth. The selected candidate will work closely with experienced professionals and get hands-on exposure to real-world business development practices.
Role & Responsibilities:
Identify and engage potential clients through calls, emails, and social media.
Assist in designing and executing outreach strategies.
Conduct market research to support lead generation.
Coordinate meetings and follow-ups with leads and prospects.
Prepare performance reports and assist with presentations.
Maintain and manage CRM or lead databases.
Eligibility Criteria:
Open to freshers from any academic background.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
Confidence in speaking with clients and presenting ideas.
Basic understanding of business/sales/marketing concepts is preferred but not mandatory.
Self-driven and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
