Key Responsibilities


? Identify and generate leads through referral networks.
? Engage with prospective clients referred through the program via calls, emails, and messaging platforms.
? Explain Bhanzu's offerings and conduct product demonstrations for referred leads.
? Maintain and update lead information in CRM tools.
? Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to maximize conversion rates from referral sources.
? Assist in organizing and executing referral campaigns and events.
? Collect and relay feedback from referred clients to improve the referral process.
? Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.

Desired Candidate Profile


? Bachelor's degree in any discipline (freshers encouraged to apply).
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
? Strong persuasion and relationship-building abilities.
? High level of enthusiasm, self-motivation, and adaptability.
? Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
? Willingness to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
? Proficiency in English; knowledge of regional languages is a plus.
? Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
