Role Overview



As a

Business Development Associate

, you will be the first point of contact for aspiring candidates. Your main responsibility is to understand their career goals, explain our healthcare migration program, guide them through the enrollment process, and help them take the next step toward their career abroad.

This is an excellent opportunity for freshers with internship experience in

sales, counseling, or customer-facing roles

to begin their career.

Key Responsibilities1. Lead Management & Outreach



Handle incoming leads from various sources (calls, WhatsApp, email, website registrations). Make outbound calls to explain the German healthcare program to nurses. Follow up with interested candidates consistently.

2. Candidate Counseling



Understand candidates' background, job expectations, and career goals. Explain the pathway to work as a nurse in Germany, including training, documentation, and timelines. Address basic queries and guide them through next steps.

3. Sales & Conversion



Convince and convert interested candidates into enrollments. Achieve weekly and monthly enrollment targets. Maintain a positive and professional relationship with candidates.

4. Documentation & Coordination



Coordinate with the operations and language training teams for candidate onboarding. Ensure proper documentation is collected during the enrollment process. Keep CRM records updated.

5. Reporting



Maintain daily call logs, lead status updates, and performance reports. Share feedback with the team to improve process flow.

Required Skills & Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in any field.

3-6 months internship experience

in sales, counseling, customer service, or tele-calling. Strong communication skills (English ). Confidence in talking to candidates over the phone. Basic understanding of sales or counseling processes. Ability to handle pressure and meet targets. Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong work ethic.

Preferred Skills



Experience talking to healthcare workers or students (optional). Knowledge of CRM tools (freshers can be trained). Ability to build trust and rapport quickly.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
