Freelance Business Developer
to expand our client base, generate leads, and build strong long-term relationships with prospects.
Role Overview:
As a Freelance Business Developer, you will identify business opportunities, connect with potential clients, and drive revenue growth through strategic outreach. This is a high-impact, commission-driven role ideal for someone who thrives in a flexible work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Research and identify potential clients in target markets (e.g., startups, SMBs, mid-market enterprises)
Develop and execute outreach strategies via email, LinkedIn, cold calling, and networking
Pitch our services and solutions clearly and persuasively to decision-makers
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and partners
Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals, presentations, and quotations
Track leads, conversions, and pipeline metrics using CRM tools or spreadsheets
Attend online meetings and industry events to network and promote the company
Provide regular updates and insights to the leadership team
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or business development preferably in IT industry
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong entrepreneurial mindset
Comfortable working independently and managing time effectively
Proficiency in using LinkedIn, email tools (e.g., Apollo, Instantly), and CRM platforms
Existing network of potential clients is a strong advantage
Compensation:
Commission-based pay with performance incentives
Potential for retainer/fixed compensation after successful onboarding of key clients
Flexible working hours and remote work environment
