The Business Development Associate - Franchise Sales is responsible for expanding
Telikoz Academy's Cyber Security Training Franchise Network
across India. The role involves identifying potential franchise partners, nurturing leads, conducting presentations, converting prospects into franchise sign-ups, and supporting them through onboarding. The associate will act as the first point of contact for all franchise-related enquiries and play a crucial role in the growth of the Telikoz Academy ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify potential franchise partners through online research, events, inquiries, and networking.
Qualify Identified Potentials by Outbound Calls
Maintain and update a strong pipeline of franchise leads.
Conduct initial qualification calls to understand prospect interest, investment capability, and location feasibility.
2. Franchise Sales & Conversion
Deliver presentations on Franchise model, Revenue potential, and Support structure.
Explain Courses, USPs, operational model, ROI, and compliance expectations.
Attend Virtual/ Physical meetings, Demos, and Centre Visits for Prospective partners.
Conclude and Close franchise agreements.
3. Relationship Management
Assist new franchisees through onboarding and documentation.
Coordinate and ensure smooth franchise activation.
Maintain long-term engagement.
4. Reporting & Documentation
Maintain Activity entries, follow-up logs, and Pipeline
Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
Ensure all Agreements, NDAs, Payments, and Documents are completed accurately.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in franchise sales, training institute sales, or business development preferred.
Strong communication and presentation skills in English
Ability to handle objections professionally and confidently
Ability to work independently with target-oriented discipline.
Willingness to travel for franchise meetings, seminars, and events.
High energy, persistence, and ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
