Key Responsibilities
Identify, acquire, and onboard new clients for investment and financial products.
Build and maintain strong CRM relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and upselling.
Handle sales objections and deliver effective sales pitches to convert leads.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated with industry trends.
Prepare and deliver presentations on financial products and services.
Requirements
2-6 years of experience
in FinTech, mutual funds, investments, or related financial services.
Strong understanding of mutual fund products, investments, and financial planning.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets in a target-driven environment.
Excellent communication skills in
English and Hindi
(mandatory).
Strong objection-handling and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Preferred Skills
Proficiency with CRM software.
Ability to present complex financial concepts in a clear, simple manner.
Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented.
