Hiring: Business Development Associate - Field Sales

Location: Hyderabad (Should be flexible to travel anywhere within Telangana & Andhra Pradesh)

Type: Full-time

Qualification: BBA / MBA

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Business Development Associate (Field Sales) to promote and onboard customers for Zoho POS, Zoho Products & Solutions, and Website Development Services. The role requires field activity, strong communication skills, and a go-getter attitude.

Key Responsibilities



Visit, pitch, and onboard customers in Hyderabad & across Telangana/AP Promote Zoho POS, Zoho products, and website services Provide product demos & assist in POS system setup Build and maintain strong customer relationships Generate leads, follow up, close deals & achieve targets Maintain field visit reports and customer data

Required Skills



Excellent communication & negotiation skills Fluency in Telugu, Hindi & English Highly active, motivated & target-driven Willing to travel 5 days a week

Preferred Experience



Experience in onboarding for UPI platforms (PhonePe, Paytm, BharatPe, GPay, etc.)

POS software sales or merchant onboarding SaaS / business onboarding platform experience Experience providing demos & installing POS systems
Prior experience in POS software sales is a strong advantage.
