Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets (e.g., construction, automotive, infrastructure, fabrication).
Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to inform sales strategy.
Generate and qualify leads through cold calls, networking, industry events, and digital platforms.
Prepare and deliver customized presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
Assist in contract negotiations and follow up on client requirements post-sale.
Collaborate with internal teams, including production, logistics, and finance, to ensure timely and quality delivery.
Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales progress using CRM software.
Track key industry trends and provide recommendations to leadership on potential areas for expansion.
Support marketing campaigns, trade shows, and promotional activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Metallurgy, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client management
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM).
