Role Summary
This is a
front-end client acquisition and revenue ownership role
focused on selling
executive search mandates
in
Treasury, Capital Markets, Banking, and FinTech
.
You will engage
CFOs, Treasury Heads, Finance Directors, and founders
, generate leads, pitch search solutions, win mandates, and close deals in a
high-value, specialist hiring niche
.
This is
not
a recruitment delivery, HR, or support role. This is pure
sales and mandate acquisition
.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Lead Generation
Generate leads through cold calling, outbound outreach, and direct prospecting
Identify and approach senior finance decision-makers
Pitch executive search solutions in Treasury, Capital Markets, and FinTech
Convert cold outreach into
signed recruitment mandates
Revenue Ownership
Own the complete sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure
Work on
high-margin, specialist hiring assignments
Track pipeline, closures, and revenue targets rigorously
Market & Client Understanding
Build working knowledge of Treasury, Capital Markets, and finance roles
Understand client structures, hiring triggers, and role context
Position Antal as a
specialist search partner
, not a CV vendor
Internal Coordination
Work closely with research and delivery teams
Ensure clean handover of mandates with role clarity
Support commercial discussions and closure negotiations
Mandatory Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 1 year experience in Sales, Business Development and Client Acquisition - compulsory
Total experience between 1 and 3 years preferred
Strong spoken English with ability to hold senior-level conversations
Comfortable with cold calling/outreach
Structured, target-driven working style
Exposure to BFSI, Finance, or FinTech clients is preferred but not mandatory
Location & Work Model
Local candidates near Mira Road / Mumbai (Easter Western) Suburbs preferred
Outstation candidates must relocate to Mira Road / Mumbai at their own cost
Work from Mira Road office Monday to Friday
