We are looking for enthusiastic and ambitious Business Development Associates to join our growth team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales, communication, and building a career in business development.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the BD team in identifying and generating new leads (via online platforms, LinkedIn, etc.) Assist in reaching out to prospective clients via calls, emails, or social media Help schedule and coordinate client meetings and product/service presentations Maintain records of leads and interactions using internal tools or CRM Learn and understand our services/products to assist in pitching to clients Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination and communication Participate in training sessions to build skills in sales and client management

Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Eagerness to learn and grow in a sales-oriented environment Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets Positive attitude, self-motivated, and team player Bachelor's degree / Master degree is preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
