BrightCHAMPS - Academic Counselor

Eligibility & Skills Required:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline Excellent command over English -- both verbal and written Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills Proficient in MS Office and other related software tools Confident communicator with excellent presentation abilities Highly goal-oriented, self-driven, and motivated to achieve results

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and nurture lasting relationships with parents and prospective clients Maintain detailed and accurate records in the CRM system Partner with cross-functional teams to execute business growth initiatives Engage with leads through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and messages Conduct virtual sessions to present the BrightCHAMPS curriculum and highlight program benefits Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales and enrollment targets Understand parent and student needs to provide effective counseling and guidance
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

HSR Layout, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
