You will work closely with school leaders, educators, and internal R&D teams to promote, design, and implement EdTech solutions that transform classrooms into future-ready learning spaces.
Key Responsibilities:Business Development:
Identify and engage with schools, educational institutions, and state education departments to promote Robotics & Innovation Lab solutions.
Develop proposals, presentations, and business cases for lab setups and curriculum offerings.
Build and manage relationships with decision-makers such as school principals, trustees, and education officers.
Lead end-to-end business development cycle -- from lead generation to deal closure.
Support tender documentation, government empanelment's, and CSR/PPP-based projects.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to design impactful go-to-market strategies.
Curriculum & Academic Coordination:
Design and refine grade-wise curriculum modules in
Robotics, Coding, IoT, Design Thinking, and AI
, aligned with NEP 2020 and international benchmarks.
Ensure curriculum is mapped to
learning outcomes and skill frameworks
(21st-century skills, Bloom's taxonomy, SDGs, etc.).
Train teachers and school facilitators on lab utilization, project-based learning, and STEM pedagogy.
Work with the product/engineering team to create educational content that uses the robotics kits or digital tools effectively.
Periodically assess and update curriculum effectiveness based on feedback from school implementations.
Lab Planning & Implementation:
Plan physical lab layouts (Robotics, AI, Tinkering, or Design Labs) including equipment, software, and safety standards.
Coordinate procurement, setup, and handover of labs in partnership with technical and logistics teams.
Conduct lab inauguration events, demo sessions, and showcase activities with students and educators.
Required Skills & Experience:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in engineering / science / education / business management; master's degree preferred.
Experience:
2-5 years in EdTech / STEM education / Robotics or Curriculum Development roles.
Proven experience in business development or institutional sales in the education sector.
Experience in teacher training or educational content design preferred.
Skills:
Strong understanding of Robotics, Coding, AI, IoT, and STEM concepts.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Project management and stakeholder coordination.
Curriculum design and pedagogical understanding for K-12 levels.
Willingness to travel across regions for client and lab deployment meetings.
