Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to identify new business opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate has strong market insight, excellent relationship-building skills, and a proven ability to convert opportunities into long-term value.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and growth opportunities
Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with company goals
Prepare proposals, presentations, and contracts for prospective clients
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure seamless execution
Track performance metrics and report on pipeline and revenue growth
Represent the company at networking events, conferences, and meetings
Qualifications & Skills
M.B.A, Marketing, or a related field
X+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue targets
Strategic thinking with a hands-on execution mindset
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office (or equivalent)
