Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced
Lead Generation / Business Development Executive (B2B)
to support business growth by identifying potential clients, generating leads, and coordinating with the sales team. The role involves fieldwork and direct interaction with B2B customers in the logistics domain.
Key Responsibilities
Generate B2B leads through field visits, cold calling, references, and networking
Identify potential clients and understand their logistics requirements
Fix meetings for the Sales / Business Development team
Maintain and follow up on the lead pipeline
Coordinate with internal teams for service feasibility
Share client and shipment details with the CRM / operations team
Track market trends and competitor activities
Attend client meetings and industry networking events
Eligibility / Requirements
Minimum 4+ years of experience in B2B lead generation or business development
Prior experience in logistics / courier industry is mandatory
Good knowledge of logistics services (Air, Surface, Express, FTL, etc.)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to travel locally for fieldwork
Own two-wheeler / four-wheeler is mandatory
