Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITY

Conduct home and residence verification of customers as per company guidelines

Debt Recovery, Collection, Recovery

Verify and validate KYC, income, address, and bank documents

Ensure authenticity and accuracy of all customer documents

Coordinate with internal credit and operations teams

Prepare and submit verification and PD reports within timelines

Follow company SOPs, compliance, and verification standards

Handle customer interactions professionally and ethically

Report discrepancies, risks, or fraud indicators immediately

Support business development and field operations as required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
