Manage customer inquiries and requests with the objective of converting them intopotential clients Diligently address and resolve customer inquiries and issues via chats and calls.
Establish sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through openand interactive communication.
Utilize a proactive approach to ensure the customer concerns and the attainment of -high levels of customer satisfaction.
Recommend potential services through the collection of customer information andanalysis of customer needs.
Qualifications and Skills:
Willingness to work in a friendly, energetic and fast-paced environment.
Must be proficient with Hindi, English & speaking another language will be an added advantage.
Preferred to have a minimum of 6 Months to 1 year of work experience, preferably in Ed-Tech,E- commerce, Consumer Tech, Hospitality, and related domains.
Should have managed - Emails/Calls/Chat/Social Media queries.
Ability to multitask, and must have excellent communication skills.
