ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a dynamic Business Developer to drive influencer-led business growth by pitching suitable influencers to brands and closing campaign deals. The role focuses on client acquisition, sales pitching, campaign planning, and maintaining strong relationships with brands. You will collaborate with internal teams to match the right influencers with client needs, ensuring smooth execution and successful outcomes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY:

Identify and understand client requirements to pitch relevant influencers and campaign ideas. Present influencer profiles, campaign strategies, and pricing to prospective clients. Acquire new clients by pitching influencer marketing services and closing sales deals. Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, agencies, and decision-makers. Collaborate with the internal influencer management team for pricing, availability, and deliverables. Create proposals, pitch decks, and campaign plans tailored to client objectives. Follow up with leads, maintain sales pipelines, and ensure consistent revenue growth. Negotiate budgets, deliverables, and timelines with clients. Monitor ongoing campaigns to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction. Stay updated on industry trends, influencer categories, platform insights, and brand preferences.
REQUIREMENTS:

3-4 years of experience in Business Development or Sales (influencer marketing/agency preferred). Strong understanding of influencer marketing, social media platforms, and brand needs. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proven ability to pitch, present, and convert leads into successful business deals. Ability to build strong client relationships and maintain long-term partnerships. Strong multitasking and time-management skills. Comfortable working with CRM tools, pitch decks, and basic analytics.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
