Learn more: www.steampro.in Key Responsibilities o Generate and qualify leads via inbound and outbound channels o Engage and consult customers with clarity, product knowledge, and strong communication o Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with clients. o Manage the sales pipeline from inquiry to closure with timely follow-ups o Collaborate with the team to achieve and exceed sales targets. o Prepare detailed sales reports, track performance, and follow up with clients regularly. o Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing queries and offering effective solutions. o Work with team members to optimize sales strategies and improve performance.
