Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven

Buisness Development Executive

to join our team at Harold Electricals. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the

lighting and decor industry

, and be comfortable with high-volume outbound calling and in-person client interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Make

80-90 outbound sales calls daily

to prospective customers Handle

walk-in clients

at the showroom or office professionally Promote and sell

lighting and decorative products

to both new and existing customers Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products Maintain and update customer records and sales logs Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Coordinate with the internal team for inventory, dispatch, and customer service

Requirements:

Proven experience

in sales, preferably in the

lighting and decor industry

Comfortable with high-volume daily calling and walk-in customer handling Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to meet targets and work under pressure Basic computer skills (Excel, CRM entry, etc.) Minimum qualification: 12th pass or graduate
