Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong connections with key decision-makers in the industry through effective communication and negotiation skills.
Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address them.
Manage sales team to achieve monthly targets by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and closing deals.
Having his own close network of leading architects and interior designers for business generation
Preferably from luxury furniture brands/industry
Self motivated team player with go getter approach
Visit ongoing sites to generate leads (Cold Call)
Meeting individual monthly targets
Desired Candidate Profile
MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets consistently over time.
Strong understanding of local market dynamics and ability to build relationships with high net worth individuals (HNIs).
Excellent interpersonal skills, convincing power, fluent English language proficiency.
Good convincing power and market understanding
Preference will be given to candidate having work experience with brands like Alsorg, Casa Paradox, RV Interior, La Sorogeeka, FCML, Diviana, Stonex India etc.
