Business Development Associate
, where you'll play a crucial part in driving our growth strategy. You'll be responsible for identifying and researching potential business opportunities, developing persuasive proposals, and building strong, lasting relationships with prospective clients. Your contributions will directly impact VibeSquad's expansion and success in the market.
What You'll Do
Own business development end-to-end: identify opportunities, design proposals, and close deals
Research markets, track industry trends, and build a pipeline of strategic partnerships
Create pitch decks and proposals that clearly communicate VibeSquad's value
Manage client relationships, from onboarding to long-term partnerships
Track opportunities and deals using CRM tools, and report on performance
Continuously refine strategies through data and feedback
What We're Looking For
2+ years in business development, sales, or related roles
Strong writing and communication skills, able to create proposals/decks from scratch
Social media native with a knack for spotting trends and connecting dots
Comfortable in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
Highly organised, proactive, and action-oriented
Existing connections in D2C industry
Bonus: Experience in zero-to-one environments or startups
