we are seeking highly energetic and passionate Business Development Associates who can confidently pitch to start-up Founders, Directors, and Decision-Makers. This role is ideal for MBA freshers or early professionals who want to kickstart their career in high-impact B2B & Business landing.
Key Responsibilities:
Pitch and present company offerings directly to startup founders and CXOs.
Manage end-to-end sales cycle - from lead generation to closure.
Use LinkedIn, Google, and email outreach to identify and connect with prospects.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge and provide consultative solutions.
Build strong client relationships through consistent follow-ups and personalized communication.
Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records on CRM systems.
Key Skills Required: o
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Confidence in dealing with top-level decision-makers.
Strong research and lead generation via LinkedIn, Google & email.
Persuasive & Consultative sales approach.
Target-oriented with a go-getter attitude.
Basic knowledge of B2B platforms and sales funnels.
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate & MBA (Marketing, Sales, or related field) - Mandatory.
