We are seeking a highly analytical and creative Senior Business Development Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will focus on driving business for our wealth management services,building long-term associations and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
1. Consult customers on Mutual Funds, Stocks & Investing.
2. Acquire and onboard customers for Wealth Management Services.
3. Explain product details and resolve customer queries.
4. Develop trust & high engagement with customers to build long term associations.
5. Specialized Training related to Mutual Funds & Stock Markets will be provided.
6. Plan and execute marketing campaigns, contests, and incentive programs.
7. Share market insights with marketing, sales & product teams to help improve product & increase client conversion rates.
Requirement
1. Sound knowledge of mutual funds, stock markets and industry trends.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Analytical mindset to interpret business data.
4. Working knowledge of MS-Office.
5. Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
6.Goal oriented with strong sales acumen.
7. Background or Interest in Finance or Share Market is a huge plus.
Education, Qualification, and Compensation
1. Experience: 0-3 years in sales of Financial Products or Services - Mutual Funds, Banking,
Insurance, Stocks etc.
2. Min. Educational Qualification: Graduation in any field. Degree/ Diploma in Finance is
preferred.
3. NISM Series V-A Certification (Mutual Fund Distributors) - Candidate required to pass the exam immediately upon joining. Candidates already certified will be preferred.
4. Compensation: - As per industry standards. Other than salary, Health and Accidental Insurance are covered.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
