We are looking for a highly motivated and strategic
Business Development Manager
to drive revenue growth, expand our customer base, and build long-term client relationships. This role requires a blend of market insight, relationship-building skills, and sales acumen to identify new opportunities and convert leads into lasting partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Understand client needs and tailor solutions that align with their goals and our offerings.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to decision-makers.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to support lead generation and product positioning strategies.
Track sales performance metrics and report on key KPIs (e.g., leads, conversion rates, revenue growth).
Stay current on market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
1-4 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build rapport and trust with stakeholders at all levels.
Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales tools.
Self-starter with a strategic mindset and hands-on execution capability.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
