Job Description

Responsibilities

Conduct

market research

to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.

Generate leads

through cold calls, email campaigns, and networking. Support senior team members in developing and implementing

sales strategies

and business plans. Assist in creating and delivering compelling

presentations

and proposals to prospective clients. Maintain and update client information and interactions in a

CRM database

(e.g., Salesforce). Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development teams to ensure a cohesive approach to business development. Monitor and report on key

performance metrics

and sales activities. Contribute to the drafting of business plans, sales pitches, and other essential documents.
Requirements & Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience:

0-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role. Internships are a plus.

Skills:

Excellent verbal and written

communication

skills. Strong

analytical

and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in

Microsoft Office Suite

(Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with CRM software. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a strong desire to learn.

Qualities:

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: ₹12,261.41 - ₹25,000.00 per month
