Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in the insurance sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with individual and corporate clients.
Develop distribution channels (agents, brokers, partners) to increase sales reach.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
Achieve assigned sales targets (life, health, general, or specialized insurance products).
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies.
Negotiate and finalize deals with clients ensuring profitability and compliance.
Ensure proper documentation, underwriting requirements, and policy issuance.
Collaborate with internal teams (underwriting, claims, operations) for smooth client servicing.
Participate in marketing campaigns, promotional events, and lead generation activities.
Prepare regular MIS reports on sales performance, pipeline, and forecasts.
