Business Development Associate

Job Description

Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential clients through calls, emails, and networking.
Support the Business Development team in lead generation and client acquisition.
Maintain and update client databases, follow up on leads, and schedule meetings.
Prepare proposals, presentations, and reports for client meetings.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to execute business growth strategies.
Handle inbound inquiries and provide basic information about our services.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
Support contract negotiations and client onboarding processes.

Requirements:



? Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
? Experience in sales, client interactions, or BPO calling is preferred.
? Basic knowledge of Canva and Google Sheets.
? Highly organized with attention to detail.
? Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to contribute to business growth.
? Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: From ?11,000.00 per month
