Job Summary:



We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development professional to join our dynamic real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue through strategic partnerships and sales initiatives. This role is crucial in expanding our market presence and achieving long-term business goals.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and develop new business opportunities in the real estate sector (residential/commercial/investment). Build and maintain strong relationships with property buyers, investors, brokers, and corporate clients. Generate leads through networking, cold calling, site visits, digital outreach, and events. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create business development strategies and campaigns. Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients. Negotiate and close deals, ensuring targets and KPIs are consistently met or exceeded. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless project handovers and client satisfaction. Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking meetups to represent the company and build a robust pipeline.
