Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Understand customer requirements and offer tailored logistics solutions.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and client presentations.
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Collaborate with operations and pricing teams for timely service delivery.
Monitor industry trends, market competition, and identify new opportunities.
Keep records updated in CRM and prepare regular business reports.
Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
Key Skills:
In-depth knowledge of logistics and freight forwarding (Air, Ocean, Surface).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
Self-motivated with a strong sales acumen.
Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office tools.
Qualifications:
Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
Experience in logistics, supply chain, or freight forwarding is mandatory.
