Job Summary:
The
Primary Sales Specialist
will be responsible for
generating and nurturing leads, managing relationships with developers, and maintaining up-to-date property inventories
. This role requires a proactive individual with strong
organizational and communication skills
, capable of coordinating between developers, the sales team, and affiliate partners to drive primary sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and engage potential homebuyers through various channels, including phone calls, emails, online inquiries, and social media.
Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, ensuring clear communication regarding available inventories, pricing, and property features.
Gather and manage up-to-date property inventories from developers, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
Communicate the latest property offers and inventories to our affiliate partners at Coldwell Banker, facilitating collaboration and driving sales.
Work closely with the on-site sales team and affiliate partners to coordinate appointments, schedule property tours, and assist in closing sales.
Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate lead information, communication logs, inventory details, and follow-up tasks.
Stay informed about the local real estate market, new developments, and industry trends to provide valuable insights to developers, sales teams, and affiliate partners.
Prepare and deliver regular reports on lead generation, sales performance, inventory status, and conversion rates to management.
Act as a liaison between developers, sales teams, and affiliate partners to ensure alignment and smooth operations in primary sales.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in
primary sales, telemarketing, or a related sales role
, preferably in
real estate or new home sales
.
Experience in
managing developer relations
or similar stakeholder management roles.
Strong understanding of the
real estate market, new home sales processes, and inventory management
.
Excellent
verbal and written communication skills
.
Proficient in
CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and inventory management tools
.
Ability to
work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
.
Strong
organizational skills
with the ability to
manage multiple tasks and priorities
.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to achieve sales targets
.
Exceptional
customer service skills
and a client-focused mindset.
Real estate license (preferred but not required).
