Role Description This full-time role is based in New Delhi and is an on-site position for a Business Development Associate at Find My Trainer. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients and partners, nurturing business relationships, and negotiating deals to promote business growth. You will actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media, and provide innovative ideas to boost sales and improve customer satisfaction. Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Experience in Business Development or Sales with a proven track record of achieving sales targets Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving skills Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, and ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software Experience in the IT Training industry is a plus Willingness to travel within the region to attend meetings and events, as needed
