Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development associate to join our team in the IT sector. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, a strong understanding of IT products and services, and the ability to develop effective sales and marketing strategies. This role involves driving sales, increasing brand awareness, generating leads, and executing marketing initiatives that support business growth.

Responsibilities :

Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs. Generate new business opportunities by cold calling, networking, and leveraging industry events. Close sales and achieve set sales targets and quotas. Implement business strategies to ensure area sales growth. Customer engagement and renewals of contracts and service Maintaining records, Generating reports and data for sales analysis Conduct product presentations, demos, and meetings with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions. Stay up to date with the latest IT industry developments and customer needs. Close sales deals and secure long-term business relationships.

Key Skills :

Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, especially in a B2B environment. Ability to address and resolve customer issues promptly, ensuring a positive experience. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and generate leads in a competitive tech market. Willingness to learn new tools, technologies, and methodologies in sales and marketing.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in business development, preferably within the IT industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Strong time management and organizational skills. Proven experience in generating leads, closing sales, and marketing IT products or services.
