We are seeking a dynamic and proactive individual who can
build strategic partnerships with local colleges
and
deliver impactful job-oriented soft skills training
to final-year students. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, relationship-building ability, and a passion for student development and employability enhancement.
Key Responsibilities:1. College Engagement & Tie-ups
Identify and approach local colleges to establish partnerships for delivering soft skills training programs.
Conduct meetings with college principals, placement officers, and decision-makers to explain the value of training initiatives.
Negotiate MoUs or partnership agreements with colleges for training sessions.
Maintain strong, long-term relationships with partner institutions.
2. Training Delivery
Design and deliver interactive sessions on soft skills, personality development, communication skills, interview preparation, and workplace etiquette.
Ensure training is practical, engaging, and aligned with industry expectations.
Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback to improve employability readiness.
3. Reporting & Coordination
Maintain a database of college contacts and partnership status.
Prepare training reports, student feedback, and performance analytics.
Coordinate with internal teams for scheduling, resource planning, and training material.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Excellent
communication and presentation skills
in English and local language.
Strong
relationship-building and networking ability
with educational institutions.
Ability to engage and motivate students effectively.
Good understanding of employability skills and job market trends.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
Educational Qualification:
Graduate/Postgraduate
in any discipline (preferred in English, Management, or HR).
Certification in soft skills training or experience in training delivery will be an added advantage.
Experience:
1-3 years of experience in
college liaison/business development
AND/OR
training/facilitation
.
Freshers with strong communication and a flair for teaching may also apply.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Number of college partnerships secured.
Number of students trained and placement success rate.
Feedback score from colleges and students.
