Job Description

BE World is seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Associate to play a key role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a passion for media and marketing, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a proven ability to cultivate relationships and close deals in a competitive market environment.

Responsibilities:



Client Acquisition and Relationship Building:

Identify and prospect potential clients through research, networking, and outreach efforts to generate new business opportunities. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs, challenges, and objectives to provide tailored solutions and exceptional service.

Sales Strategy and Pipeline Management:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans and initiatives to achieve revenue targets and expand market share. Manage the sales pipeline, tracking leads, opportunities, and sales activities to prioritize efforts and maximize conversion rates.

Proposal Development and Presentation:

Prepare customized proposals, presentations, and pitches that effectively communicate BE World's value proposition, capabilities, and solutions to prospective clients. Conduct engaging client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to articulate the benefits of partnering with BE World and secure new business opportunities.

Cross-Selling and Upselling:

Collaborate with internal teams across event management, digital marketing, branding, and content creation to identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing client accounts. Present additional services and solutions to clients, demonstrating how BE World's integrated approach can further meet their needs and objectives.

Market Research and Competitive Analysis:

Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and differentiate BE World's offerings. Conduct market research, analyze client feedback, and gather insights to inform strategic decision-making and product/service enhancements.

Networking and Industry Engagement:

Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to build relationships, enhance brand visibility, and generate leads within the media and marketing community. Represent BE World professionally and effectively communicate our value proposition to potential clients and partners.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field. Proven experience 2 plus in business development, sales, or client acquisition within the media, marketing, or events industry is a big plus. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport, influence decision-makers, and negotiate effectively. Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets, cultivating client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities, develop solutions, and execute sales plans with precision and agility. Excellent presentation and proposal development skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and value propositions clearly and persuasively. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for exceeding targets and delivering exceptional customer service. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office suite. Flexibility to travel as needed for client meetings, events, and industry engagements.
