Manage the entire sales cycle--from initial outreach to closing the deal.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.
Provide detailed feedback and reports on client interactions, sales progress, and market trends.
Stay updated on industry developments, competitors, and market positioning.
Represent the company at events, meetings, and conferences when required.
Requirements and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, B.tech, M.Tech
Proven experience (1-3 years) in business development, sale of IT software , or client handling roles.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good understanding of sales processes and CRM tools.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with online sales and marketing tools.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn and grow within the organization.
