Designation: Business Development Associate (Work from Office) Responsibilities Include: \xc2\xb7 Consulting professionals working in the IT sector for the right career path over calls \xc2\xb7 Keeping self updated with the latest technologies in the world \xc2\xb7 Consistently achieving targets in line with team/organizational objectives. \xc2\xb7 Building relationships with people and Identifying references through the existing learner base \xc2\xb7 Keep abreast with Intellipaat\xe2\x80\x99s latest offerings and best practices \xc2\xb7 Understand the concerns, requirements, needs and effectively provide solutions to IT professionals to help in their career advancement. Skills Preferred: \xc2\xb7 Excellent spoken and verbal skills \xc2\xb7 Ability to persuade and negotiate \xc2\xb7 Ability to work under stress \xc2\xb7 Ability to work in a team \xc2\xb7 Fast-learner, keen on details, and self-motivated Qualification : Any Graduation / Post Graduation (excluding Bachelor of Arts) Work Location : Bangalore Interview Process: 1. Group Discussion Round 2. Two Rounds of Personal Interview Compensation: Fixed Yearly Pay for first 6 months: 22,000 INR Fixed per month Variable Yearly Pay: Performance Based Incentives up to 30,000 INR per month After 6 Months of training: Fixed Yearly Pay: 362,400 INR Variable Yearly Pay: 3,62,600 INR (There is no cap on Variable Pay) Total CTC: 7,25,000 INR (Candidates can earn up to 30,200 INR Fixed + 30,200 INR Performance Based Incentives).
