INTERIOR TURNKEY CONTRACTING SALES/ BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Developing new business accounts to secure major interior contracts.
Strategically prospect, network, and research future construction and interior project opportunities.
Working collaboratively with a project team to create and implement strategic plans to generate business opportunities which result in achieved revenue objectives for the company.
Participating in industry and community organizations.
Continuously growing and developing your skills to lead project teams in selling high-end conceptual services to executive level managers and buyers of large corporations and agencies.
Locates potential business deals by contacting potential customers; discovering and exploring opportunities
Coordinating with PMC (Project Management Consultants) and architects.
Proactively initiate and engage sales calls to new prospects.
Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
Protects organization\'s value by keeping information confidential.
Open business development dialog s with strategic customers. Particular interest is to build large strategic accounts.
Interface with existing strategic customers to solidify mutual expectations of performance and growth.
Determine new opportunities by analyzing business needs.
Develop and deliver the business plans through carrying out research, formulate market analysis and deliver accurate business reports.
Serves as a lead facilitator both internally and externally for projects.

Requirements
1. Should be from relevant industry: Interior and Architecture , PMC firms , contracting firms
2. Candidates from PMC\'S like JLL, CBRE, C&W or interacting with such PMCs will stand to gain
3. Corporate Interiors experience is a must.
4. Excellent verbal, written communication skills.
5. Extremely high energy level. Must have Sales & BD orientation with target driven approach
Other aspects to note:
1.Probation for first 6 months
2.No paid Leave other than Listed holidays & weekoffs during probation period.
3.Earn Leaves etc accrue after probation period
4.The role is senior management/mgmt. category & reports directly to MD/Head of BD
