Job Title: Business Development Associate (BDA)

Location: Tutopia Learning App (TOPSIA, KOLKATA)

We are looking for energetic and goal-driven Business Development Associates to connect with

students, understand their academic needs, and promote Tutopia's learning solutions. The role

involves high daily outreach, demo scheduling, and conversion-focused communication.

Key Responsibilities

Make 200+ outbound calls daily to students/parents. Schedule a minimum of 4 product demo sessions per day. Explain Tutopia's learning modules clearly and confidently. Follow up with leads to maximize demo and conversion potential. Maintain accurate records and daily reports.
Requirements

Freshers are welcome. Strong communication and persuasion skills. Ability to work in a target-driven environment. Basic understanding of student/parent needs.
