Key Responsibilities
Sales & Conversion
Engage with inbound leads, explain product offerings, and drive conversion.
Conduct product demos and highlight value proposition.
Follow up with prospects and close deals to achieve monthly targets.
Client Onboarding
Collect KYC documents, business details, and branding requirements.
Coordinate with tech/design teams for app setup and customization.
Guide clients through the onboarding process until their app goes live.
Customer Support & Relationship Management
Act as the first point of contact for client queries/issues.
Provide training on CRM usage and platform features.
Maintain healthy client relationships and ensure renewals.
What Were Looking For
Graduate in
Business, Marketing, IT, or related fields
.
0-3 years of experience
in Sales / Customer Support / Onboarding (Freshers with strong communication skills can apply).
Excellent
communication and presentation skills
(Hindi & English required).
Strong
customer handling and problem-solving attitude
.
Tech-savvy with ability to quickly learn software tools.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable in a
fast-paced startup environment
