Edutech Counsellors
. The role involves guiding students to choose the right educational programs, handling inquiries, and converting leads into successful enrollments. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about education, communication, and career counselling.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Counsel students and parents to understand their learning needs and career goals.
Explain course details, curriculum, and benefits of the programs offered.
Make outbound calls to potential students and follow up on inquiries.
Convert leads into enrollments through effective communication and persuasion.
Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and conversions in the CRM system.
Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams for smooth student onboarding.
Achieve assigned targets for calls, demos, and enrollments.
Stay updated on company courses, pricing, and promotional offers.
Handle student queries and ensure a positive customer experience.
Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and counselling skills.
Build and maintain strong relationships with students to encourage referrals.
Key Skills Required:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong convincing and listening abilities
Confidence and enthusiasm to interact with students and parents
Basic knowledge of sales and marketing concepts
Good command over English and regional languages
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Education, Business, or Communication preferred)
Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in counselling or sales can apply

Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
