Position Title: Business Development Associate

Reporting Manager for this position: BDM

Experience Required: 1-4 Year

Conduct daily outbound calls to potential clients and follow up on inquiries

Schedule and attend client meetings to present company products/services

Identify client needs and recommend suitable solutions

Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities

Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

Prepare and submit daily sales reports

Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and after-sales support

Represent the company at events or client locations, if required

Key Requirements:

Education: Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA preferred).

Experience: Minimum 5-8 years of experience in field sales and Minimum 2-3 years in a team handling role.

Proven track record in B2C sales from NBFC, Insurance, Banking, or similar industries.

Strong business acumen and negotiation skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive targets.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Proficiency in MS Office & CRM tools.

Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹33,733.22 per month
