This role requires a proactive approach to handling both inbound and outbound calls, providing counselling to prospective students, and achieving set targets. Responsibilities:
- Inbound and Outbound Calls: Efficiently manage incoming calls from prospective clients and make outgoing calls to nurture and convert leads.
- Counseling: Provide detailed information and advice to prospective students about our courses and services, helping them make decisions.
- Sales Targets: Meet monthly and quarterly targets other KREs.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through phone calls, emails, and other communication methods to foster loyalty.
- Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from clients and prospects to enhance our services and offerings.
- Reporting: Maintain detailed records of sales activity and prepare regular performance reports.
- Minimum qualification: Undergraduate degree or Equivalent.
- Proven experience in business development, tele-calling, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Experience in counselling or educational sales is highly preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- The salary range for this position is \xe2\x82\xb912,000 to \xe2\x82\xb915,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
