Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive, enthusiastic, and motivated associate to join our Business Development Team in Hyderabad. The Ideal candidate should have an experience of at least 2-5 years in ETP/STP/ZLD and government tenders. This position requires the candidate to have strong technical knowledge, and the ability to engage effectively with both teams and community stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Identifying and analyzing potential markets, customers, and opportunities for ETP/STP/Wastewater treatment projects.
Keeping up to date with industry trends, regulations, and advancements in STP/ETP/Wastewater treatment.
Identifying and approaching potential clients, including commercial, industrial, and residential sectors.
Building relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in target markets.
Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business growth targets.
Leading and mentoring a team of professionals involved in business development, sales, and project management.
Negotiating terms and conditions with clients, suppliers, and partners.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
Proven track record in sales, business development, and account management in related fields.
Strong understanding of water treatment technologies/ STP/ETP
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of government policies and regulations related to ETP/STP/ZLD
Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Environmental, Wastewater treatment or related field.
