9.30 am to 5.30 pm (Monday to Saturday)

Job Summary:

SHAHAM SOLUTIONS is looking for a

results-driven Business Development Associate (BDA)

to onboard new clients for our

Business Operations Support

and

End-to-End HR & Payroll Outsourcing Services

. The primary responsibility of this role is to

connect with business owners, understand their operational challenges, present Shaham Solutions' outsourcing offerings and convert them into long-term service contracts

.

This role is ideal for candidates with

strong sales skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for B2B service sales

.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and connect with

business owners, startups, SMEs and growing companies

. Promote

Business Operations Support, HR Outsourcing, Payroll & Compliance Services

. Schedule meetings for

discussions

with decision-makers. Understand client requirements and propose

customized outsourcing solutions

. Close deals and convert prospects into

signed service contracts

. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth

client onboarding

. Ensure follow-ups and assist in resolving client queries during the sales cycle. Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, meetings and closures. Submit

daily and weekly sales activity reports

. Work closely with the

operations teams

to ensure service alignment.

Key Skills & Requirements:

Strong

sales, negotiation and persuasion skills

. Excellent

verbal and written communication skills

. Experience in

B2B sales, service sales, HR services or outsourcing services

is preferred. Ability to confidently interact with

business owners and decision-makers

. Target-oriented mindset with a

strong drive for closures

. Basic understanding of

HR processes, payroll, compliance or business operations

is an added advantage.

Qualification:

Any

Graduate / Postgraduate

(Business, HR, Marketing preferred). Freshers with strong sales attitude may also apply. Prior experience in

business development or corporate sales

is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits:

Fixed Basic Salary:

?6,000 - ?10,000 per month (based on experience and performance)*
