The BDA Counselor will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admission and enrollment process, promoting courses, and achieving business growth targets through effective counseling and conversion.
Key Responsibilities:
Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses, programs, and career opportunities.
Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp, and email inquiries efficiently.
Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns, events, or referrals.
Maintain a strong understanding of all course offerings and institutional policies.
Achieve weekly and monthly admission/enrollment targets.
Build and maintain relationships with students for long-term engagement.
Maintain records of interactions and conversions in CRM or database.
Coordinate with the academic and operations team for smooth onboarding of enrolled students.
Participate in promotional activities, seminars, and webinars as required.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Education or Management background preferred).
1-3 years of experience in student counseling, admissions, or edtech sales.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
